We AllThrive Being Love in Action.
AllThrive cultivates sustainable social change by addressing the root causes of burnout.
What is mission-critical organizational burnout?
Mission-critical organizational burnout occurs in nonprofits where staff exhaustion directly endangers the vulnerable people who depend on their services. When immigration lawyers burn out, families face deportation alone. When food bank coordinators leave, children go hungry.
The cruel irony: The more you care about your community, the more devastating burnout becomes—not just for you, but for everyone counting on you to be there.
At AllThrive, we believe this cycle can be broken.
About Us
AllThrive’s mission is to cultivate sustainable social change by addressing the root causes of burnout.
Founded by nonprofit workers who lived through burnout, AllThrive tackles the systems that create it. We work with nonprofits and their funders to change impossible working conditions through healing practices, research, and advocacy.
By addressing burnout at its roots—not just symptoms—we help organizations stop surviving and start thriving while honoring both community needs and the people doing the work.
Our Services
At AllThrive Education, we prioritize the journey over the destination.
Our services are designed to uncover new truths and foster awareness, rather than focusing solely on predetermined outcomes. As a learning organization, we believe in the power of the process. We integrate insights and practices to build reciprocal relationships and strengthen collective power with the communities we serve.

Join Our Monthly Virtual Sanctuary
We gather nonprofit workers across Turtle Island for monthly Virtual Sanctuaries—intentional spaces to pause and practice collective care together.
Whether you're supporting immigrants, fighting climate change, or serving any community in need, we're united by our love for the people we serve and our shared need for proactive responses to burnout.
Each month we facilitate experiences designed to help you rest, care, and connect with more ease—because you deserve the care you extend to others.
