People & Culture, Manager
Vanessa Rodriguez Minero
(she/her)
People & Culture, Manager
As a People and Culture Manager for AllThrive Education their focus is in co-creating a workplace culture that is responsive to harm, centers relationships over work, practices accountability as collective care and listens to staff concerns with the intent of addressing burnout risk factors at the organizational/systematic level.
-
Vanessa Rodriguez Minero is a member of the unauthorized migrant population living in the United States and self identifies as an “illegalized immigrant” (as opposed to “undocumented” or “dreamer”). They believe that the conditions migrants face in the U.S. are linked to the government’s long standing history of illegalizing/dehumanizing people to create an expandable group to practice oppression strategies upon (i.e. exploit, criminalize, and erase). Legality is a power play.
In this season of their life they find joy in bike riding, art, hammocking and spending quality time with their nieces and nephew. They have been healing their relationship with water through swim lessons and also learning how to use the sewing machine to make alterations on the clothes that fit them too long.

Jasmine is dedicated to the field of health equity because her everyday experiences are shaped by the downstream impact and legacy of inequitable policies and slavery. She knows that it is necessary for everyone to understand the truth and history of this country, if we are to ever move forward towards healing and justice.
Senior Art Consultant
Jason Wyman
(they/them)
Senior Art Consultant
Jason Wyman, also known as Queerly Complex (and one half of Tree of Change), was born upon the Land of 10,000 Lakes on what E is coming to know as Turtle Island, who has settled on Yelamu, which is also called San Francisco.
-
Jason's name means healer, or so he's been told since a young child, and they did not believe it until Eir father, Michael (Mike) James Wyman, and him mended their selves and one another as Mike died of mantle cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma across a screen and a country over all of 2020. What E has come to understand as the significance of his name is that healer does not mean healed or (even) healing. Rather, it is a positionality within the cosmos that allows one's self to change & be changed by all that unfolds.
